Shipping and Return Policy
3 Rivers Beads wants our customers to be content with their purchase(s). If you are not satisfied please contact 3RB by email and if possible come to a mutually agreed resolution. As these items are one-of-a-kind it may be reproduced if similar components are available.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. The original purchaser must ask for a refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
